Can the store include fundraising for our school?
If you want it, yes. Schools can earn a percentage of net sales on every order, deposited to the school or parent council. Schools that prefer the lowest prices for families can skip fundraising, and we price the store accordingly.
Do we need to manage inventory or ship orders?
No. Every item is decorated on demand when an order is placed. Ladybug Designs handles production, packing, shipping, and customer service. Your school staff are never involved in order fulfillment.
Can parents pay with credit cards?
Yes. The store accepts Visa and Mastercard through a secure payment gateway. Parents receive an order confirmation and tracking information by email after every purchase.
Can we control when the store is open?
Absolutely. You can keep the store open year-round for anytime purchases, or set specific ordering windows (for example, a two-week window in September and another in January). We configure the schedule based on your preferences, and you can change it at any time.
What if we want to add or change products?
Just let us know. We can add new items, retire old ones, or refresh your product lineup at any time. Many schools update their catalogue seasonally to keep things fresh for returning families.
