Decoration done in-house, not in a queue
Ladybug Designs decorates products in our own facility in Kemptville, Ontario. Your order does not get shipped out to a third-party decorator who has never spoken to you. In-house embroidery and heat transfer give us direct quality control over every item that ships with your logo on it, and let us decorate items one at a time when a program needs it.
For larger runs and specialty items, we bring in screen printing, sublimation, and other methods, in-house or through established production partners we have worked with for years. Either way, the same team checks the result before it ships.

Minimums and turnaround
Many items have no or low minimums. Embroidered and heat transfer pieces can be decorated one at a time for managed program clients; methods like screen printing carry higher minimums, and we confirm exact numbers when we quote your project.
Typical turnaround: branded in-stock items in 1 to 7 business days, embroidered or heat transfer items in 5 to 10, and screen printed runs in 10 to 15. Rush timelines are often possible; tell us your date and we will confirm what we can do.
