How fast can you turn things around for a local order?
Branded in-stock items ship in one to seven business days. Embroidered and heat-transfer items take five to ten business days. For urgent local needs, same-day pickup is sometimes possible depending on the decoration method.
Do you deliver locally?
Yes. We deliver across Ottawa-Gatineau for program clients. For one-off orders, pickup from our Kemptville facility is the fastest option.
